She provides coaching, leadership development, career transition, career development and personal development for executives, business owners, emerging leaders and mid-managers along with workshop design, development and facilitation.

Louise brings more than 30 years experience in leadership roles both in the corporate and entrepreneurial world. She is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and is certified to administer the Leadership Circle 360 Profile and the Team Culture Survey. She is also a Certified Mastermind Facilitator.

About David Veres, PhD

As a leadership consultant, David’s priority is to guide and support individuals and leadership teams in navigating the ever-changing landscape of organizational life. His success is founded on a values and vision/mission approach to organizational change and development. He provides consulting services that aid organizations in defining their strategic direction and quality assurance, while supporting a values-based culture of inclusion and engagement.

David brings over 30 years of leadership experience from both the public and education sectors. Most recently he served as the Associate Vice-President of Academic and Learner Services at Niagara College, where he previously held positions as Dean for both the Community & Health, and Hospitality & Tourism divisions. David continues to feed his passion for teaching and educating as an Adjunct Faculty member at Niagara University and Nipissing University. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University and a Master degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, as well as publishing on the topics of leadership, and student success.

As a community focused leader, David has been actively involved in an array of organizations such as; YMCA- Niagara, Canada Games, QUEST Community Health Centre, Leadership Niagara, and the Welland Development Commission. He utilizes this broad spectrum of experiences to bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to his consulting.

Throughout his career, David has worked with education, non-profit, and business leaders and professionals to assist them in developing strong and sustainable organizations. Organizational leadership is about looking at where you are now, getting a clear vision of your direction, and designing a path to achieve that goal.
